At Property Service Guys, we are committed to performing quality work at a reasonable price. Each mowing job will be completed on a predetermined day depending on your location in the Sault. Days may change due to rain delays, etc. 

What does each lawn care service include?
Each and every time we mow your lawn we want it to look great when we are done. To do this, we use four steps.

Step 1
Mow

We start off by mowing your lawn. With each weeks mowing, we rotate what direction the grass is cut. Why do we do this? Mowing grass in the same direction may be more efficient and faster, but it can lead to a weak root system as the blades of grass are consistently bent in the same direction. We change the direction of our cut each week to ensure that your lawn does not develop weak spots.

Step 2
Trim

Next we trim  any areas that cannot be reached by the lawn mower, this includes trees, around flower beds,  children's toys, etc. This leaves your lawn with a clean manicured look.

Step 3
Edge

Yards that have side walks, curbs, walkways and bordered driveways, are edged. This involves running a thin vertical blade beside the structure that contains the lawn, and prevents grass from creeping onto your walkways while giving you a professional look. 
 Once the edge has been cut, it may be maintained by the trimmer.

Step 4
Clean UP

Lastly we blow all trimmings and cut grass off your driveway, side walks,and  pathways. This leaves the area looking clean and well kept.
